I took this two weeks ago when I was driving with my dad in Baltimore. To be fair, if I hadn’t actually seen this happen, this would be sort of a dumb, Hallmark-esque photo.

But I did! Also, the owner looked really annoyed when I called out to the dog to try and get his attention, as if that wasn’t what she was hoping for when she put her dog in goggles.
